At just 20 years old, Connor Pavlicko has already established himself as a standout leader at Slippery Rock University. A junior majoring in Political Science: Law & Politics and a proud brother of Alpha Sigma Phi, Connor currently serves as President of the Slippery Rock Student Government Association, where he is making a real impact on campus.
In addition to his role in student government, Connor also serves as Vice President of the Honors College, Vice President of Finance for the Interfraternity Council, and Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpha Sigma Phi. His leadership extends across every corner of student life, proving his commitment to service, growth, and excellence.
The fraternity and sorority community has played an instrumental role in his journey. “The Greek life community was generally very supportive, and I honestly could not have done it without the support of my brotherhood,” Connor shared. “Without the Brothers of Alpha Sigma Phi, I honestly do not know if I would have gained the confidence to follow my goals of being such an impactful leader on my campus.”
Connor’s record of achievement speaks for itself. He helped grow the Interfraternity Council budget and self-support account by over $8,000 in just one year and played a key role in finalizing a $2.5 million turf project for Slippery Rock’s intramural fields through his work in SGA.
Looking ahead, Connor hopes to combine his leadership experience with his passion for the arts by becoming an entertainment lawyer, helping musicians, actors, and music labels navigate contracts and legal challenges.
And of course, in true Alpha Sigma Phi spirit, Connor signs off with his chapter’s rallying cry: “Rush the Dogs.”
